In 1981 I was hired to design advertising materials for a proposed religious-themed development called New Jerusalem in the Florida panhandle. Part of the project was photographing the property which was north of Panama City. It was undeveloped pine scrubland and not "Florida Scenic".

After photographing the property, I discovered Panama City Beach, called by some "Redneck Riviera".
